Founded in November 2022, DNA Exteriors is a family-owned and veteran-operated roofing company in Central Iowa. With a rich background in the roofing industry, our founders bring deep expertise, unwavering commitment to quality, and a special connection to those who have served our nation. We take pride in offering top-notch roofing solutions, from expert installations to meticulous repairs, ensuring the longevity and resilience of every roof we touch.
Dave has been in both the project management and construction fields for over 20 years. He began specializing in the exterior construction services in 2018. Dave has built a reputation as a valuable resource within the home exterior remodeling world for homeowners, property managers, home inspectors, and many other professionals. Dave is adept at diagnosing potential issues as well as identifying and repairing storm damage. Dave prides himself on honesty and integrity.
As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he brings his history of service with him on every appointment. In his free time, Dave enjoys carpentry, smoking delicious food, golfing, and most of all spending time with his family and friends.
Amanda was born and raised in Des Moines, IA. She has spent the last 14 years as the owner and operator of her own successful business before deciding to bring her wealth of small business operations experience to DNA Exteriors. Her background includes logistical and financial management and planning.
In her spare time she enjoys reading, exercising, anything outdoors, supporting her kids’ activities, and spending time with her family and friends.
